  I was just in the River/Ottawa McDs on my way to work. I ordered my usual and two fellows in the dining room - sitting 6 feet from each other - were talking very loudly. I asked them if they could lower the volume, being it is 530am. The fellow sitting by the window immediately got very heated. He was obviously coming down from a night on Fentanyl or some substance as his eyes were bloodshot and his pupils were dilated. He also immediately asked me to step outside and fight. I then asked for a bag and told the cashier about the incident. I also called the store and spoke with the manager, who said she would talk to the man. McDs should be a respite away from the noise, especially at breakfast when there are only 7 people in the place.
