  It is unfortunate I have to even give this company 1 star. A coat of paint over a scrap forklift and your 3 month warranty is a joke. We were charged over a thousand dollars on freight for them to take the problematic forklift to their shop WITH IN the "warranty" because it was constantly over heating and disrupting our production, which WE lost money. We had to rent a forklift prior to purchase because they continuously "didn't have it ready" every week, which again was far over a thousand dollars of unexpected and unnecessary expenses.. Now just over 6 months of purchase it is gone getting fixed and once again we have to rent another one due to it breaking down. They blamed it on our facility and element yet we have never had any problems with any other one we have had and the owner avoided replying or working something out when addressed these issues and put the freight charge into collections! What a joke! Thanks for the junk!
