  I was in the area and knew I might need shoes soon but wasn't planning to purchase yet. On my own, I tried on a few shoes that looked nice but didn't really feel right. The associated, I think her name was Helga, ask me if I liked the shoes and told her what I didn't like about them, she asked what I planning to use the shoes for and based on this information, pull 2 pairs from the shelfs that fit perfectly! She was very knowledgable about the product from design and function to costumer reviews. I am a very picky shoper and usually don't make a purchase without trying may products and doing lots of research. This agent knew what I was looking for better than I did and was so helpful in answering all of my questions, that I was able to make the purchase without hesitation! I am so happy with the experience and my new shoes!
