  Disgusting postal customer service please train your employees properly. Employee laughs while you try to ask about picking up a delivery, and doesn't care to ask if you want to be put on hold. Very rude,I mean if you don't like your job by all means don't work there but don't be disrespectful to customers who have nothing to do with your personal issues. This is not the first time this location has had problems with customer service.

  Absolutely horrific customer service at this location. The manager is rude and unhelpful, never at any other Shoppers in my life have I experienced such disgusting service. I will never come back to this location again.
