  Horrible experience. I went in with a list of things I needed to get. I had to walk around for at least 10 minutes to find someone to help me.. The person that I did find was brand new to the job and didn’t know much yet.. She got someone else to help me who basically told me what to get. So I trusted it would work. I asked her where I would find a couple other things and she told me the aisle numbers and walked away. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and finding someone else that works there wasn’t happening so I ended up just leaving with what I had in my cart.. Horrible customer service, I won’t be shopping at that store again.

  I experienced a rude automotive team, very uninterested in helping customers. Very pushy when selling their services. They also took a very long time to change my winter tires ( over 4 hrs ) and I went in first thing in the morning. Is not worth it going here, go to a place that offers good customer service and are keen on informing you about your car needs and choices. I have had good experiences with meinekee.
