  I brought in drawings and the amount of flooring my contractor specified for 1150 sq ft to the Kitchener Carpet One location. They sold and charged me for too much. I asked to return the additional 15 boxes and they told me (Shane) to contact the company directly rather than returning to them even though I bought through them. Terrible service and I feel ripped off as the flooring I purchased was $7/sqft. I will never recommend them to anyone for their poor service. I am not done with this though and will talk to someone higher up.

  Hi, From the sales experience with Michel, delivery and installation with Vasile, we were so pleasantly surprised with the price, service and final product. Michel helped guide us through selection and he was patient with our changing minds. The installation by Vasile was perfectly done and the house left tidy at the end of everyday! I recommend and will be back when we do our kitchen floor. Ann and Andrew

  ** BUYER BEWARE ** I ordered 2000 sq ft of hardwood flooring from them in 2016. There were many damaged boxes that were delivered, and it took them 10 MONTHS to have them replaced. I called every couple weeks and was always told that they would have to call me back. I NEVER received a call back. When I finally received the replacement boxes, they shorted me a box. Finally I had enough flooring to install it and the stair nosing didn't match. When I contacted them about it, they said there was nothing they could do about it; they no longer had an account with Wiston. I'm going to have to pay a fortune to get nosing custom matched even aver paying over $100 per piece. Check and double check EVERYTHING. Don't take delivery if ANYTHING is damaged. Once you've paid, they don't care.
