  Ordered a standard birthday for mom flowers and same day delivery. I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery fee was free and the flowers were inside a vase! I was very happy about the product and service!

  My boyfriend ordered flowers to be sent to me at work for valentine's day, they did not show up. He received a notification of a successful delivery at 7:45 that evening while I was sitting next to him. Don't know what happened!! They were then delivered the next morning by a very kind man who apologised profusely even though he was only a friend of the owner not an employee. The flowers looked as though they had been taken out of a dumpster and then sat on, the bag was full of water and the case was sideways in the box proving they had been knocked over. The card was soaked and could barely be removed from the envelope. My boyfriend has been trying to reach them for the last 48 hours for a refund and no returned call. DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP!!!!!
