  Thanks for the great service. When I arrived the sales man (Hart) introduces himself and gave me time to walk the floor on my own. I found a few recliners that I was interested in and he helped me choose the right one for me. He demoed the operations, showed me the construction, and made the purchase process enjoyable. Thanks for the great service, and I look forward to receiving my recliner. When I need to replace the rest of my living room furniture, I will return to the store with confidence that I will once again receive great service. Thanks La-Z-Boy Kitchener!

  Robert was amazingly patient with us. We were in 3 times before we finally made our decision, and he was as friendly the third time as he was the first time! We have appreciated the amazing customer service! We can’t wait to get our new living room!
