  My wife and I bought a bedroom set last summer. We also had the 5 year extended warranty added to our purchase(we didn't ask for it, it was just added on) Our furniture arrived damaged. The nightstand was scratched and the bed frame was missing vital hardware and was visibly scratched on the headboard. After reporting this the very next day and sending pictures to verify, we got an offer of a 50.00 gift card for the store and we could have either the nightstand or headboard replaced, not both. This after many calls and emails to customer service AND a full 5 year warranty we paid cash for. As a matter of fact, we paid cash for the whole purchase. We only want our warranty money back as Bad Boy is clearly not going to honour the full warranty and we got nowhere with a service rep and her supervisor. What kind of place offers a warranty and only wants to honour half of the purchase?? Both items were damaged. We now have to live with scratched furniture and Bad Boy got our hard earned cash. Cash that took us a while to save up. Shame on you Bad Boy. Never again. Oh and I tried to post with a no star rating but it wouldn't let me so that's why there's a star.

  I recommend this company to all my friends and clients, I worked with a very intelligent and patient young man named Jake smith he gave me all the product knowledge I asked for and then some he wasn’t pushy and he was confident in his product as well as the pricing after doing some looking around I realized that nooooo body beats bad boys ,with a very professional sales team I’ll be coming to see Jake the only disappointment I saw was how the managers treated employees

  I was politely greeted upon entering the store and helped with finding exactly what I was looking for. Not only did they make me feel like family I was given a really great deal on a beautiful sectional that fits perfectly in our condo. Our couch was delivered in perfect condition and exactly when the BadBoy online delivery tracker said it would, and the delivery men even gave me a heads up as it was fairly early today when it arrived. The delivery men were courteous and professional and assembled the couch for me and removed all the garbage. I highly recommend going to badboy for your home furnishing needs.
