  I have had nothing but trouble after trouble with this pharmacy. My doctor moved to a new practice, and I provided them with her updated Fax number. They entered that FAX number in a field for PAGER number. So for months following, my doctors office never received any of my faxes for refills. Now that I have had that horrible oversight fixed (by me, I asked to see where they had her fax number and discovered the error myself.) they continue to not send faxes properly. Every time I need a refill it is the same story. Oh we didn't get anything from your doctor. I call my doctor and they never received the fax. I call shoppers back and ask them to fax again, 2 or 3 times, and then finally my doctor does get the fax. I have to deal with this issue EVERY MONTH OF MY LIFE. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
