  Terrible customer service Be warned you cannot return ‘sale’ items, I use the term ‘sale’ loosely as the same items are continuously on sale...good job marketing team So be sure the furniture will fit, and match your home before your purchase. Sales people will claim ‘you can try it out first to be sure it matches/fits and return if no’ which is NOT the case I had items on hold at Kitchener store with deposit, only to find out they sold it to another customer Sales people here will lie cheat and steal for a sale, is suspect this is due to incentives give by this poorly managed store The products are decent, no major complaints on the price and selection of modern furniture. Everything is made in China so quality is subpar
