  They have a huge variety of tile options that you don’t see anywhere else in the city, I’ll give them that - but that’s all I will give them. The staff is incredibly rude. I’ve been in a number of times with the same outcome. Some of the staff have no idea what they’re talking about, and others tell you what you want, and disregard what you’ve asked for. Not a fan.

  Having just purchased a new home that needed extensive renovations we were looking for an experienced staff that could help us select the right tiles for our kitchen and main floor as well as guide us through the installation process. Going on a weekend was busy but we found the layout of the store made it easy to get some initial ideas and when we came back later in the week, the associate that helped us was incredibly helpful. They took the time to help us coordinate our colours (matching the existing counter top and cabinets) and made sure we had all of the necessary installation components. Although there was a learning curve (never laid tile before this project!) the end result looks amazing and they were incredibly helpful when we ran into some difficulty with grouting. SO much better than Depot or Lowe's
