Orest has been helping me with my carpet order and he's been excellent. He's even helped me with hardwood flooring concerns, despite the fact that I'm using a different company for hardwood refinishing. Just very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Installer raised hks voice at us and spoke very rudely because we asked for help with a concern after he installed (very defensive about his "40 years of experience") Salesperson was good at selling and very kind. However, we found out things said were untrue or inaccurate (installer informed us that the salesperson was especially the problem). Despite a promised follow up, we have not heard back. Wish I could recommend, but very damaging experience when I feel intimidated in my own home.
