- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆2020-02-19, by Julie RyanGood service, fills my cartridges in 5-10 minutes every time, even has pre-filled cartridges available sometimes. Have a loyalty card that you can earn 10th cartridge free. I had a cartridge not work right only once arter refilling, and was given a replacement cartridge for free. One tech is always very friendly, the other guy (looks like pic of owner on website) is almost abrasive and doesn't seem glad to have customers in store-would appreciate better treatment than that-there are lots of ink places around....
