  I bought two bags at one time from here. The employees told me they will find new ones from the back and wrap them up. But they actually gave me the one on the showcase and did not disclose to me. When I came home and opened them, I found one of them was exactly the one on the showcase with many scratches and realized that they lied. The second day I drove back to return it. The employees I had met before were in the store when I came in with the Coach shopping bag. They named the bag I brought back before I told them, which means they knew exactly I would come back and exchange it. This clearly means that they knew they lied to me. It took them some time to find the real new one. And I accepted to exchange it rather than return it because I really liked the bag. However, when I told them that I wished they had told me the truth at the first time, they replied excuses that sound self-contradiction. I did not want anybody to feel unhappy so I said nothing aggressively in the store. In exchange, I received NO APOLOGIES OR COMPENSATIONS but a waste of time. Would never shop here again. Worst shopping experience with Coach ever.

  I was in Coach two weeks ago getting information on bags, as I'm in the market for a new every-day purse. The employees working at the time (Sali and Jake) were knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to let me browse on my own. When I had questions they were ready to answer them with ease. They were great conversationalists, and able to find common interest with me while I shopped, making my experience that much better. I will happily look into purchasing at Coach Fairview after this experience. The store felt like a welcoming, diverse environment where I was free to shop at my own pace.
