  We purchased a couch in November 2013. Jeff talked us into the 5 yr extended warranty. In the summer of 2017 we submitted a claim as the material was cracking in numerous locations. We just heard that they will not cover this claim. The couch is an Ashley Furniture couch so i expected top quality product. I will never shop at Homestyle Furniture or Ashley Furniture again and i will make it my mission to inform people of my experience.

  I would highly recommend this store. Their customer service is excellent. I have been dealing with Rahul who is very professional and extremely helpful. I have been furniture shopping for a while and their customer service far excels other stores in the KW area. I purchased several pieces of furniture for my living room and dining room but was not 100% sure of my purchase. I dropped by the store and called several times and eventually decided on my items thanks to the amazing assistance and patience of Rahul. The prices were much less than other places I compared to and shipping is very reasonable.
