  DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! I placed an order online Nov 25 to take advantage of the Black Friday deals. The website specifies if orders are placed by Dec 8 they will be shipped in time for Christmas. After 2 weeks my order still showed "processing" I emailed customer online support to find out why the delay. they assured me via email that my order was going to be completed soon. 1 week later I looked at my bank statement and they had refunded my purchase!? I received no notification of the cancellation or refund. I then emailed online customer support again, they advised my order would be shipped soon..... but how? I now did not pay?? at this point I just assumed the order was cancelled and it was not going to be processed. so I proceeded to purchase different Christmas gifts with the funds that were refunded without notice. 1 more week goes by and I checked my bank statement again, they took the payment back!!?? The order has now apparently shipped but who knows now if it will even be here in time for Christmas at this rate? bottom line, Pro Hockey Life online is HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER!

  had a great time at pro hockey life,They had amazing service and a special thanks to Evie at the check out who was very friendly. All in all the store has great staff and great prices too!!!! I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely return soon!!

  For the hockey player looking for equipment, this is Mecca. The vast product selection is incredible. We were served by an Olympic hopeful that really, really, knew her stuff. Quite impressed.
